Fishing Partnership Support Services is a non-profit organization with a charter to support the health, safety and economic security of fishing families here in New England.
We maintain offices in Gloucester, New Bedford, Plymouth, and Chatham in Massachusetts as well as in Kennebunk, Maine. They are all staffed by Navigators— members of fishing families who are trained as Community Health Workers—who dedicate themselves to providing counseling and assistance for our membership of over 20,000.
For independent fishermen without the benefit of a corporate HR Department, our services are helping to improve lives and better prepare our members for the unique challenges they face in fishing our coastal and offshore waters every day.
