DESCRIPTION:An evening of chamber music with the Denovo string quartet features works of Holbrook Robinson at the Annisquam Village Church\, Saturday\, August 3 at 7:30 p.m.  Robinson\, a sometime summer resident since childhood of the Gloucester village of Annisquam\, is a self-taught composer\, and also a professor of French at Northeastern U.  The Denovo Quartet has its roots at Boston University.  MaeLynn Arnold and Michael Hustedde play violins\,  Amberly Lamphere\, viola\, and Daniel Dickson\, cello.\n\n\n\nThe concert is a benefit for the newly renovated Annisquam Village Church at the head of Lobster Cove.  Widely known for its beauty and resonant acoustics\, the historic 1820'a building is an ideal venue for chamber music and has attracted many world-class musicians in its long-running concert series.
