Join us at 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar on December 14th for our Old Elk Whiskey & Wild Game Pairing Dinner!
This four-course intimate dining experience will feature our Chef's wild game creations paired with a different varietal of Old Elk Bourbon for $120++ and the dinner begins at 6:00PM.
1st Course: Roasted Rabbit Consommé, Old Elk Wheated Bourbon.
2nd Course: Bacon-Wrapped Elk Back Strap, Old Elk Straight Rye.
3rd Course: Grilled Bison Rib Eye, Old Elk Double Wheat Whiskey.
4th Course: Dark Chocolate Cake, Nooku Bourbon Cream.
++ MA State Tax & 20% Gratuity will be collected on-site in addition to the $120 price of the dinner experience. Cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount.
