Description
Jens Lindemann, trumpet | Terra Quartet | Matt Catingub, piano | Dave Landoni, bass | Mark Walker, drums | Chloe Swindler, trumpet
Trumpeter Jens Lindemann leads an ensemble in a program that opens with a classical trumpet concerto and concludes with a lively tribute to the instrument’s greats, from Louis Armstrong and Chet Baker to Doc Severinsen and others. A recipient of the Order of Canada, Lindemann brings virtuosic command and genre-spanning artistry to this celebratory evening.
