Join Missy from Treetop Yoga Studio for a powerful hour of barre- shaking and pulsing over at Mile Marker One! You can't beat the view as we sculpt under the tent and head to the barre or deck for the Barre portion. Bring a yoga mat and towel. Stay after class for a post-burn beverage!
