Karen is the License Partner of Engel & Völkers By the Sea and Engel & Völkers Concord, representing buyers and sellers of fine real estate here on Cape Ann and all over the world, with the world’s premier global luxury lifestyle brand. She has spent the past three decades of her career in management consulting and real estate, inspiring growth of her teams through development, education, creativity and curiosity.  In 2019, Karen and her team were awarded the coveted E&V Passion Award out of 350 shops and after only 2 years with the brand, celebrating the highest commitment to a shop’s communities through philanthropy and volunteering - which is a core value in Karen’s business and personal life. She is a serial entrepreneur, a graduate of Babson College and the world’s proudest mother to her two kids, Cooper and Tristan.
