Fall is here! My favorite fall fruit comes front and center. Join me and discover the varieties of apples and their versatility . Whether they are a dessert, in appetizers or added to your main dishes, there is an apple that will complement and enhance your eating experience. We will make an Apple Galette (free-formed apple tart), a main dish and even an appetizer. Fees include all food supplies. Bring apron and take-away containers.
