Description

You are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

A 1-hour Fall Sound Bath inspired by the energy of autumn, a time for release, reflection, renewal, and letting go.
You will be gently guided into deep relaxation and stillness through the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, rain tower, and other resonant instruments.

Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket and pillow and allow yourself time to pause, release, and return to yourself.
