Description
Learn how to buy your first home with industry professionals! Courtesy of North Shore Realtors and Harborlight Homes. This consumer course has received the CHAPA Seal of Approval. Upon completion of the class, attendees receive a certificate that provides access to the MassHousing Partnership ONE Mortagage, MHP Mortgages, HUD Mortgages, Homeownership Lotteries, Lender Mortgages for First Time Home Buyers, and other programs through conventional and assisted loans.
Attendance at all dates in each session is mandatory for completion of the course. Registration is non-refundable.
