Description
The RNAC and GAR are excited to welcome artist Nathan Thomas Wilson as the initial Goetemann Fellowship recipient. The Goetemann Fellowship is a new award, established in 2017 as a vehicle for bringing public art to Rocky Neck.
This year, in partnership with Ocean Alliance, GAR hosts Nathan Wilson in the residency studio as he installs artwork on the grounds of Ocean Alliance, site of the former Wonson Paint Factory. His work will illuminate the mission of Ocean Alliance that “strives to increase public awareness of the importance of whale and ocean health through research and public education.”
