Brings Together Ipswich’s Three Trustees Retail Shops:
Crane Beach Store, Appleton Farm Store and Castle Hill Gift Shop
Shop local for unique holiday gifts, support The Trustees,
enjoy snacks, mocktails, door prizes and a boutique shopping experience
On Thursday, November 30th, from 2PM – 7PM, Castle Hill will host a Holiday Sip & Shop, featuring Ipswich’s three Trustees retail shops – the Crane Beach Store, Appleton Farm Store and Castle Hill Gift Shop. The Holiday Sip & Shop is free and takes place in the Great House at Castle Hill, 290 Argilla Road, Ipswich.
Enjoy shopping Crane Beach and Appleton Farm "pop up" shops set up in the decorated first floor gallery of the Great House and browse the Castle Hill Gift Shop.
Each Trustees retail shop will showcase their own unique mix of products:
- Castle Hill Gift Shop will showcase art-inspired gifts for the home, accessories, original artwork and handcrafted jewelry by local artists, custom Castle Hill products, 1920’s fashion, books, ornaments, kids toys and games.
- Crane Beach Store will feature their signature Crane Beach apparel, including hooded and crew neck sweatshirts for adults and youth, and t-shirts for adults, Crane Beach blankets and Crane Beach ornaments.
- Appleton Farm Store will have a collection of favorite products including beeswax candles, honey, maple syrup, jams, locally made cocktail mixers, and holiday ornaments. Items from Appleton Farms Kitchen, will include sourdough bread, baked goods and pies. Holiday orders for cheese board kits, sourdough bread and pies will be taken.
The November 30th Holiday Sip & Shop kicks off the festive season at Castle Hill. Christmas at Castle Hill opens on Friday, December 1 at 4PM, welcoming all to enjoy this year’s holiday theme Travels with the Cranes. Each room in the 1920s mansion is decorated for the holidays, drawing inspiration from many of the Crane family travels around the world, including Paris, Japan, Egypt, and New York.
