In this grounding and transformative workshop, you’ll be gently guided through a body-based somatic coaching practice to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, learn from it and release what no longer serves you. Alexis is a psychic medium, energy healer and somatic coach. She has completed a 200hr YTT that was heavily focused on Ayurveda and the subtle body systems.
