Named after a Victorian children’s game, What Time Is It, Mr. Fox? is known for their original songs which marry rich lyrical imagery with a playful and dramatic sensibility, exploring themes of love, spirituality, sexuality, and identity.
What Time Is It, Mr. Fox? features 3rian King on lead vocals, guitar and keys; Renee Dupuis on lead vocals, keys and melodica; Nathan Cohen on fiddle and trumpet; Joe Cardoza on upright bass; and Dennis Monagle on drums. Their original song “Cold Rain” was covered by soul legend Irma Thomas on her Grammy-nominated album “Simply Grand” with the track receiving high praise from USA Today and Rolling Stone. In summer 2019, the band premiered their multimedia animated musical "Medusa," in a sold-out run at the Charles Hayden Planetarium, Museum of Science, Boston, followed by another sold-out weekend at Central Square Theater in Cambridge MA in 2022. The band will be celebrating the release of a 2024 live EP with songs recorded at The Cut. For music & tour dates visit whattimeitmrfox.com

Jessye DeSilva (she/they) seamlessly blends theatrical pop elements with folk and roots music to form her piano-driven alt-americana sound. They infuse hope into songs about religious trauma, mental health struggles, and societal injustice to create a uniquely queer and unholy ruckus. Jessye’s latest album Renovations received press from No Depression, Rolling Stone, The Boot, and NPR. No Depression has said of Jessye “Comparisons to Elton John and Brandi Carlile are easy — DeSilva clearly takes a page from these idols, anchoring their songs in pop melody juggernauts, gauzy textures, and vocal bravado.” American Songwriter has said that her “catalog doesn’t skimp on razor-sharp lyrics, paired frequently with an almost ethereal vocal,” and Nashville Scene named Jessye a 2023 Artist To Watch, saying “DeSilva could inject new life into a genre that could definitely use a little more pretzel logic.”
