Emerson Center located in Gloucester - 37.5 hrs. per wk. at 52 wks. per yr

$1000 hiring bonus to qualified candidates.  $500 at time of hire and $500 after 90 days.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A INFANT TODDLER TEACHER?

  • Infant Toddler Teachers work within a classroom setting and support the children during activities, outdoor and indoor play, and meal times
  • Plan and implement a daily program of developmentally appropriate recreational and educational activities which meet the individual needs of the children enrolled in the program and support their success
  • Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times
  • Work as part of a team, supporting one another and communicating effectively

 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A  INFANT TODDLER TEACHER?

  • Required: EEC Infant Toddler Teacher Certification
  • Preferred: Infant Toddler CDA, EEC Lead Teacher Infant Toddler, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education(please upload transcripts)
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role
  • Must comply with all state and federal requirements including Head Start vaccine mandate
  • Must complete and satisfy background check protocols
