Key Responsibilities

? Beverage & Café Service

• Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, cold brew, teas, and other menu items to recipe standards

• Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation of all beverages

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS system

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Restock café inventory and supplies as needed

? Guest Experience

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment

• Answer menu questions and make recommendations

• Support birthday parties and special events when needed

• Represent the Littles Lounge brand with professionalism and positivity
