Key Responsibilities

?? Play Floor Supervision

• Monitor indoor play areas to ensure safety guidelines are followed

• Gently enforce play rules and cleanliness standards

• Assist children when appropriate while encouraging independent play

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with caregivers

? Guest Experience

• Greet families warmly upon arrival

• Answer questions about memberships, play sessions, and policies

• Support birthday parties and special events

• Represent the Littles Lounge brand with positivity and professionalism

?? Cleanliness & Sanitation

• Follow daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures

• Sanitize high-touch areas throughout shifts

• Maintain toy organization and rotation

• Support bathroom and lounge cleanliness checks
